TBS®2213 1x4 4 Ports High speed HDMI Powered Splitter / 1080P & Support 3D (One Input To Four Outputs)/ support HDTV
As simple as it gets, and it WORKS!
This replaced a much more expensive unit bought at a wholesale supplier of electronics for business. The expensive unit failed after repeated power interruption during storms.
While I was apprehensive of the price difference, I have to say, this small unit does what the larger (identical features) unit did, in a smaller package. Yes, it will run warm, but so far, no problems after a few weeks in use. It doesn"t care that one TV handles only 720p and the other one 1080, and it doesn"t care if they"re on at the same time or not. It also seems to deliver the "data" to the TV"s quicker than the other unit which failed.
At this price, grab it!
Only ONE thing that I would highly recommend....if you value radio reception:
Please find a power supply for this (5 volts) that has a filter capacitor in it. Most don"t because Chinese junk we buy in America is cheap, and the 1-cent cap that they could put in to keep AM radio interference to a minimum is MISSING in this power supply. So, if you plug this in and suddenly your AM band is buzzing, you now KNOW the cause. There ARE power supplies commonly out there that have filters. Find one that is not noisy and substitute it!
